##All consultations are complimentary, $100 is to reserve your appointment time and will be applied to your treatment; if you decide not to receive any treatment, $100 will be refunded to the card on file. Please contact the office for this refund.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Clinic Policy: A credit card must be on file when booking an appointment. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours in advance. A $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee for changes less than 48-hour notice, and a $100 no-show fee for those who don’t show up to their appointment. There are no exceptions.
